What the Papers say

cartoon newspapers

"Adam's SoHo Sandwich Co. produces 2000 hand made lunches every day at a kitchen in Shoreditch supplying an extensive range. To gain this level of recognition from the industry is a real coup. Barnet residents will no doubt be quick to take a bite out of his award winning creations. For most people making a sandwich is easy, for Adam Gilbert making a sarnie is an art form."

"Adam Gilbert's coronation as the overall british sandwich designer of the year competition represents the emergence of a new creative wave within the industry!"

The Sandwiches were totally historic, great smoked salmon on rye, toasted pizza bianca with buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto and pumpkin pesto; more toasted ones with brie, bacon and cranberry; another with schnitzel and swiss cheese. And many more.

"SoHo Sandwich Co. boss & co-founder Adam Gilbert won the overall British Sandwich Designer of the Year Award at his first attempt with an outstanding entry in a competition that was widened to include all the regions this year!"
