Delivering 12M sandwiches a year isn’t an easy task and requires agility, speed and flexibility. Our standards are high and we endeavour to make each and every delivery as smooth as possible. Our team of 27 drivers work day and night to deliver sandwiches across the UK. Though we currently own 35 temperature controlled vans, we also work with reliable delivery partners to allow us to reach more places. As part of our sustainability strategy, we are also looking into electric vans and bikes to limit our carbon footprint.
Every single order can be tracked via real-time systems meaning we know where your customer’s BLT is at any given time. This also allows our customer service team to proactively contact your customers and let them know if an order might be late.
Despite the best of intentions, there are sometimes challenges outside of our control which mean that your orders might not get delivered exactly how or when expect them. However, we pride ourselves in having the industry’s best customer service team in order to proactively resolve any issue.
From 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 8am to 12pm on Saturdays, our team of seven customer service heroes answers the phone with a smile and does everything in its power to support your needs. Working closely with our transport and production team, they will always try and accommodate any late orders, changes to your requirements and inform you of what’s cooking in our NPD kitchen.
